Car lovers founded NéoClean

In the early 1990s, Michel Anne, current director of NéoClean, kept himself busy with a cleaning concept for luxury cars in the Normandy region of France.  Cleaning a prestigious car is a art.  The bodywork, the chrome, the leather interiors, the thick, heavy carpets must be spotless.  But what the client noticed the most when he got his car back was the appearance of the wheels.  Spoked wheels, offset wheels, and many others, it all comes down to a fine art to make them sparkle...

Being a perfectionist, Michel Anne got hold of an industrialist specialised in glass cleaners, a product without acid and compatible with aluminium.  This product became somewhat legendary being used on the wheels: “you spray, rinse and that’s it!”.  And there started the great adventure which got NéoClean up and running.

In 1995, Michel Anne bought this formula from the industrialist and had it manufactured by subcontractors after having improved it.  He then made sure that his products were in line with the manufacturers’ guidelines with whom he was going to deal.

In 1996, as director of sales where he improved his product and sold it door to door to his clients, Michel Anne persuaded Olivier, his eldest son, to follow him in his adventure.  He took charge of administration, communication and marketing.  To complete the team, two more people joined to accelerate the development and 4 new products were added to the range.

Day by day, new clients were captivated by the quality of the products, and the fame of NéoClean extended across boarders, with the company enjoying a very rapid growth.  The company is structured administratively and commits itself thoroughly to production with a control laboratory and research, along with equipping themselves out with automatic packaging machines. The factory is based in the Eure and Loir region of France, in a town called Chassant.

In 2002, Michel Anne looked for an assistant to assure the development of NéoClean in professional distribution.  He met Eric Kergot, the right man for the job.  This heaven-sent man took the role of Assistant Director General with the mission to create a professional range and to continue to present NéoClean in specialised networks and car distribution.

Eric Kergot strengthened the commercial set up and got hold of experienced people to help.  Over a few years, this team assured an outstanding job because NéoClean is now distributed by more than 750 wholesalers.  The biggest car brand names distribute NéoClean along with cleaning garages and service stations.

In 10 years, NéoClean has become an internationally famed brand name.  A new production factory of 2,000m2 was recently unveiled to better respond to demand.  Specialised magazines testing the product against it’s rivals elected NéoClean n°1 in terms of quality.

A NéoClean team have had their day in car racing.  A few years ago, the team won 2 championship titles in the French Rally cross, assuring the brand a dynamic and competitive image.
